DEHN now accredited by DAkks

At the end of 2017, the DEHN Test Centre was awarded an accreditation certificate (Registration number D-PL-20356-01-00) by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle, DAkkS (German accreditation body). For DEHN this is further objective proof of the quality and competency of its testing.

Following the application phase, DEHN succeeded in demonstrating its competency in the multi-stage accreditation procedure and is now entitled to carry the DAkkS symbol for the next five years until the accreditation is due for renewal. Meanwhile DEHN will be monitored by DAkkS on a regular basis.

The DAkkS certificate confirms the stringent procedures at the DEHN Test Centre and the reliability of the test results. These are based on employing only calibrated and approved testing equipment alongside state-of-the-art methods of testing and analysis. This verifies that the DEHN Test Centre has both the necessary technical prerequisites and the expertise to conduct tests according to DIN EN ISO/ IEC 17025 as described in the scope of the accreditation.

In the Test Centre it is possible to conduct tests on lightning protection components and surge protective devices as well as on complete systems. Find out more at https://www.dehn-international.com/en/dehn-test-centre. Tests and their results are documented in test reports marked with the internationally recognised accreditation symbol. The customer is guaranteed maximum confidentially and independence.

DEHN is therefore also a competent partner as a laboratory for lightning and surge protection.
